Your prompts and images

You retain responsibility for the material you submit and how you use generated results. You confirm that you own or have sufficient permission for every reference image, including appropriate consent from identifiable people. Do not submit confidential information.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to create mature, exploitative, abusive, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful material. You also may not evade safety controls, impersonate others harmfully, invade privacy, or publish a person's likeness without appropriate permission. Review the full Content Policy.

Availability and results

Generation may be delayed, unavailable, or unsuccessful. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing material. You must review results before publishing or relying on them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, uniqueness, fitness for a particular purpose, or ownership eligibility.

Enforcement

We may reject requests, restrict access, remove links under our control, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when necessary to protect users, rights holders, providers, or the public.

Third-party services

The application relies on external generation, asset-hosting, infrastructure, and advertising services. Their availability and separate terms may affect the service.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
