This policy explains the information processed when you use Frame AI Studio.

Information processed

Prompts, generation settings, job identifiers, and generated image or video URLs.
Reference images that you choose to upload or link.
Basic technical information normally included in web requests, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and server logs.
An anonymous browser identifier, page paths, visit totals, and active engagement time for first-party analytics. The identifier is hashed before server storage; raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored in the analytics record.
Advertising consent and cookie choices where advertising services are active.

Why it is processed

We process this information to submit generation jobs, upload authorized reference images, retrieve results, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or policy obligations.

Reference images and generated results

Uploaded reference files pass through our server memory and are sent to an external asset and generation provider. We do not intentionally save the reference image file on our VPS. Generated image and video URLs plus active job metadata are stored in your browser's local storage so galleries and polling can survive a refresh. Selecting “Clear all” removes the relevant browser record.

Service providers

External infrastructure, image-processing, hosting, and advertising providers may process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy practices. Avoid uploading confidential material or personal images without authorization.

Advertising, cookies, and consent

Google AdSense when enabled and our third-party advertising network may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, secure, and limit advertising. Advertising may include in-page, interstitial, video, or separately opened formats. Ad links may open an advertising partner's website in a new tab. Where required, available consent controls provide choices about personalized advertising and data use. Advertising partners process data under their own privacy terms.

Retention and control

Browser-stored gallery information remains until you clear it, clear site data, or use another browser or device. Operational logs may be retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. External providers may apply separate retention periods.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact support@nsfwlabs.space. We may request information needed to verify and locate the relevant data.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. Content involving young people must be lawful, age-appropriate, and protective of their welfare.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
